His ex wife and child both have a restraining order against him. There was credible evidence of threats of harm toward his ex-wife and one of two children they have together. In court filings, White is accused of making numerous threats and being both physically and verbally abusive toward his former partner and their teenaged son.
Paying Child Support
Court filings from two cases revealed that White fell behind on court-mandated child support payments at least six times between 2020 and 2023. He was found in contempt of court twice, with one Minnesota county placing him in "constructive contempt" and threatening a 180-day jail sentence if he failed to keep up with payments. Financial statements and reports indicated that White owed more than $100,000 in past-due child support for a daughter.
